On the 31st December 1981 Abba's latest single in America "When All Is Said And Done" entered the Billboard charts where it performed well in three of the charts -
Well it's the last day of 2014 and it has been a great year for Abba fans around the world. The 40th Anniversary celebrations certainly lived up to expectations - my highlights were the photo book and the release of "Abba Live At Wembley Arena".

On the 22nd December 1979 Abba's latest single in the UK "I Have A Dream" jumped up the singles chart from number 21 to number 2 in the Christmas chart. The top five that week was as follows -
During 1979 the sales of 7" singles hit a peak in the UK and it was also the year in which Abba had the most Top 10 hits in the UK -
These five singles spent a total of 51 weeks in the charts.
The single was also a big hit in other countries reaching number 1 in Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland.
