In the recent BBC 4 documentary in the UK "The Kate Bush Story : Running Up That Hill" a clip Bjorn and Benny introducing Kate during an Abba TV special appears for a few seconds. The whole program (which I really enjoyed) is available via BBC iplayer for those who can access that service.
