On the 27th March 1976 ABBA's latest single "Fernando" entered the charts in the UK. The single reached the number 1 spot in the singles chart on the 8th May (replacing the Brotherhood Of Man's "Save All Your Kisses For Me") where it stayed until the 4th June.
"Fernando" was the 7th biggest selling single of 1976 in the UK in the same year when "Dancing Queen" was the 4th biggest seller.
One of my favorite songs even though pushed to the back, had a good meaning to it. loved the interlude on it. The video with those fab outfits hightlighted it.
