On the 6th November 1982 Agnetha and Benny appeared on the UK children's TV show "Saturday Superstore" - during the show they answered questions from viewers on the telephone.
One of the callers asked what the group would have been called had they not chosen "Abba" to which Benny cheekily answered "Benny And The Trio".
They were also asked what records they would take if they were stranded on a desert island ; Benny selected the Beatles and the Beach Boys, Agnetha said she would take Earth, Wind And Fire, Donna Summer, Stevie Wonder and Barbra Streisand.
In discussing the group's future Benny mentioned that he was looking to do something else within music ; later in the interview he then confirmed that he and Bjorn were talking to Tim Rice about writing a new "rock opera".
This appearance was part of the promotion for "Abba The Singles - The First Ten Years" ; whilst Agnetha and Benny were on this show Frida and Bjorn were at the Dorchester Hotel doing press interviews.
