Issue 17 of the Frida International fanzine was published during November 1985 and included the following -
- News that Frida had attended the premier of the musical "Les Miserable" on the 8th October
- Notes from a meeting between the author of the fanzine and Frida in London prior to the musical premier
- A "Viewpoint" section which included letters from readers of the magazine
This issue of the fanzine contained less content that previous versions as according to a note in the editorial section a larger Christmas special version was being planned.
