On the 1st December 1975 Agnetha released her solo album "Elva Kvinnor I Ett Hus" ("Eleven Women In A House") which had been due to be released in 1973 but was delayed due to Agnetha's work with Abba.

December 2015 Abba Calendar
Finally made it to the last picture of my 2015 Abba calendar and I think that they have saved the best until last - Agnetha and Frida singing together during one of the 1979 concerts...

Today in 2011 Abba released a limited edition silver vinyl version of "Happy New Year" with the b-side "The Way Old Friends Do" - as you can see from the picture below I managed to get number 232 of the 500 released.

On the 30th November 1981 Abba released their latest album "The Visitors" in Scandinavia - the album entered with Swedish charts on the 20th of December where it spent 14 weeks peaking at number 1.

On the 29th November 1974 ABBA released their latest single "So Long" in the UK. Although the single was not a hit in the UK (it was the only one not to make it into the top 50) it was a hit in Austria (No. 3), Sweden (No. 7) and Germany (No. 11).

On the 29th November 1980 Abba's latest single "Super Trouper" hit the number 1 spot in the UK singles chart. The single had entered the chart two weeks earlier at number 13 before jumping up to the number 2 spot week commencing 22nd November.
The UK top five w/c 29th November was as follows -

- Dennis Waterman "I Could Be So Good For You"
- Stephanie Mills "Never Knew Love Like This Before"
- David Bowie "Fashion"
"Super Trouper" stayed at the top of the UK chart for 3 weeks and was the third biggest selling single of the year.
