On the 2nd April 1977 ABBA's latest single "Knowing Me Knowing You" reached the number 1 spot in the UK singles chart where it stayed until the 7th May.
The single was the 6th biggest selling of the year in the UK with "Arrival" being the biggest selling album of 1977. The record also hit number one in Germany, Ireland, Mexico and South Africa.
